Meet the Team

  • Tiffany Thornhill, LMSW, MPA

Tiffany Thornhill is a licensed clinician holding dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Administration. Her practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach, with a focus on addressing historical and intergenerational trauma and the ways these experiences shape individuals, couples, families, and communities across generations.

Tiffany works with adolescents, young adults, adults in midlife, parents, couples, families, and individuals approaching retirement age who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, identity development, family dynamics, grief and loss, stress, anxiety, depression, and the complexities of balancing personal well-being with the responsibilities of everyday life. She collaborates with clients to foster insight, resilience, self-compassion, and sustainable healing, recognizing the interconnected nature of individual, relational, and collective well-being.

Drawing from her experience across behavioral health and public systems, Tiffany integrates a relational, strengths-based framework that emphasizes accountability, empowerment, and shared responsibility. She believes healing is not a linear process and honors the unique journey of each client, couple, and family. Committed to providing consistent and compassionate support, Tiffany walks alongside those she serves for as long as the healing process requires, helping them create meaningful and lasting change. Her goal is to cultivate a therapeutic space where people feel seen, understood, and supported as they strengthen relationships, navigate challenges, and move toward greater connection, balance, and well-being for themselves and future generations.
